I'm trying to change my subscription to the $20/month one. But, it doesn't show up in my options. Why not?

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately not. I only have access to 7 plans, beginning at $27/month.My husband has a lot more options. I barely use this phone, so was hoping to lower the price...
