Cannot dial 18885885999 and other 1888 and 1800 numbers

I can make local and domestic calls but 1888 or 1-800 number just don't go through they give an 8UM1 errors

Had to opener ticket at cs_agent. They had to refresh the account and it started working perfectly. It's nothing to do with the phone numbers or anything else with the device. It needed an account refresh by the public mobile system back end.
