I keep getting voicemail notifications when I check my voicemail I have no messages, android phone. Is there anyway to stop this?

Ok I cleared both cache.I did come in from Bell but had my voicemail shutoff and never had this happen before PM.Hope for the best

Cleared the cache and still getting reminders every 2 hours of a new voicemail which there is none. On my Samsung s22
