Hello. I just checked my phone IMEI # on PM website. It shows that my phone is Volte capable and 5g. But when I call, it falls back to 3G. Do I have to contact PM to get Volte activated or just wait and it will be activated in due course. Thanks

IMS not registered, voice over Lte - not available, So that probably means Volte is not available on my phone.

There is no Volte toggle. But there is toggle for 4G Calling and that is on.
