My plan was recently suspended because I forgot to update expired credit card. After updating the cc info, I am unable to deactivate the plan or pay for the balance. Can you look into this. I t shows I have a balance. Thanks.

I sent a priivate to the moderator. Havent seen a response yet. But, even if you check with the SIMon the bot it responds that ALL plans included unlimited text messaging. Isnt the $5 option for international texting?
