Hi there, I'm trying to port my Telus number to Public. When I input my current Telus number it says it's invalid. I still have my account with Telus so it should work.Thanks
No, I have tried to open a ticket and I just get a blank screen. I tried the app and it just goes to the page that asks me to pay, again. Very frustrating, I'm not a rookie with this stuff but it just isn't working.
I can't open a ticket or talk to anyone. Extremely disappointed in this. $45 withdrawn from my bank account and no esim or email of confirmation or activation.
