Hi I'm from China, using a phone called OPPO FIND X8, the IMEI is IMEI1: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxWhere can I check if my phone can use the sim card? Or if it can't be used, can I get a refund if the sim card is delivered already?
