I tried texting after reboots it and still my friend can't receive my text msg.

Hope someone here can help me out, otherwise I don't know what else I can do. This is frustrating, I just joined public mobile but not knowing there is no real person can talk to as customer services is online only.

hTideGnow, I have an android I just did what you mentioned. Still not working  I am able to make phone calls though.
