Can’t transfer phone number

I live in Vancouver, BC. But I have Saskatchewan area code phone number. My current provider is Telus and I’m trying to port my phone number over to PM but it fails. please see the photo attached below.

Problem resolved! Was able to connect with PM agent and the fixed it.
