Removal of 3G Network

Hi! I am on the 4G network but I keep on getting messages from Public Mobile that the removal of 3G network on March 1, 2027 will affect my cell phone number. Why am I receiving these messages when I am on the 4G network? Thanks.

Yes, my cell phone supports voice over LTE but maybe Public Mobile won't support it because the phone is an older model. Thanks for your input.
