Okay thank you. On the "Plan and Add-Ons" page, it shows the "US Roaming - Unlimited Talk (10-day)" twice. So I am not sure.

So I reset all the phone and it still was not working. I think you are right, that the problem is with the phone itself. Thank you for all your help though. Much appreciated.
