I have the same issue with double billing. I was told no credit will be issued because I changed the plan and unused subscription credits are non-refundable.
How can I change something on renewal that hasn't been renewed? 藍TBH this "community" is just a distraction from the fact they have no customer service and not correct any errors
I did that and was told changing the subscription does not give credit for the unused portion of the existing subscription, annoying cause they missed the part where I didn't renew
I'm not sure what I chose but my phone was cut of awaiting payment, I never paid twice, just the once and got billed twice at the exact same time for the old subscription and the new.
