Who can tell me how it could be :From previous summary to 01/09/2025; Points Earned: 2.9; Points Redeemed: 0 Points Balance: 11.85but actually my points balance was 10.85 points as shown in previous summary. the new balance should be 10...

now I know the points earned 2.9 is wrong since I pay $20 per month and the number should be 1 point. Thank you
