I'm getting error messages when trying to login to my account or submit a ticket for assistance with logging into my account. I've reset my password and tried logging into my account with a private browser tab.
I've upgraded my plan to the "improved" 4g speed, waited 48 hours, removed and reinstalled my sim card and restarted my phone. It appears that my data speeds have not improved at all. What can I do to rectify this?
My husband and I currently have two phone numbers under one account with Rogers and we're looking to port both of our phone numbers to Public. Is this possible? The account currently is in his name, and I'm able to make changes.
