Getting charged B.C PST (Provincial Sales Tax) from Alberta, where there is no PST.

As the headlines suggests. This has been happening for at least 4 years. I'm not looking to recover my PST, I just want the charges to stop. My number is from BC, where I use to live.Thanks!
