Hi,like mentioned inthe title,it's been 11 business days since i orderred the SIM card and enrolled in your service,but i have not yet received anything,my card is already debitted for the fees Any help solution or refund?

ok,in this case i will go get a sim card from telus store and request a refund on extra cost,thank you
