Double charged every month

Please contact me. I’m new to PM and have been charged twice each month. I would like to get this corrected or cancel my subscription

I was charged on two separate dates. Once for my actual bill ($39.55). Also again the following day for a top up fee of $16.95. I should not be paying any top up fee. I am no where near my usage limits each month.
