Hey,If you received the confirmation. Sometimes it is just time to transfer fully.  I believe when I ported my number over I received the confirmation message but it still took a few more hours for the number to fully transfer. 

Hey.Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. In most cases, it's the setting on the phone or the app.
