When I ported Fongo number I could recieve calls through Fongo right up until the time it switched and it took just under 36 hours. Atleast there was no down time but I kept checking as I wasn't sure what the process would look like.
If you didn't port your number over, you could cancel you current plan at the end of the month and go in and get a new plan/number, with referral.That being said, my guess if you probably activated on one of the 'bonus plans' that expire today.
