HI THERE GOOD CITIZEN,I HAVE HAD THIS SAME ISSUE FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS. CAN NOT CHANGE PAYMENT OPTION, OR UPGRADE PACKAGE. IT LOOKS LIKE I MAY BE MOVING TO ANOTHER CARRIER / COMPANY. I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS, BEFORE TELUS, BOUGHT OUT PUBLIC MOBILE.
