My credit card expired and my plan ended up expiring as a result. I updated my card info and added funds and setup autopay with the new card, but I still have no service. In my account it still says "Plan Expired" andYour plan expired on Aug 10, 2019...
I was a Public Mobile user a few months ago, switched to another carrier, and now I want to switch back. I was wondering if I could re-use my old Public Mobile SIM card or if I would need to order a new one.
