my plan renewed yesterday but it didnt renew to to the right subscription so i put the right one in and was charged 25$ 2 times how do i get a refund back no moderator and reached out to me yet

i see my bank took money but for the wrong plan it never renewed to the correct one and then charged me again when it shoulnt have as i asked for it to be done on renewal date
