my plan renewed yesterday but it didnt renew to to the right subscription so i put the right one in and was charged 25$ 2 times how do i get a refund back no moderator and reached out to me yet

What do you mean it "didn't renew to the right subscription"?
Had you previously arranged to change plans on the renewal? If so, hopefully you had screenshots of the pending plan change.
Or is it possible there was a text offer to upgrade the plan that someone replied "YES" to in the past 30 days?
You may be able to get a refund of the payment you didn't wish, however that'll depend on what transpired.
