ok Now its 162 hours since I tried to get an answer, and no tech help! Wow, great service- NOT! Can't seem to get the right answer to fix. Can anyone help

in mexico now with right plan my iphone 11  will not work sometimes My friend same plan standing beside me gets cell service when i cannot any help wo
