My data renewed on Feb 22 and on Feb 28 my account says I used 51.43GB out of 60. I checked my data usage on my phone and it says it used 61.57GB and that Spotify used 61.34GB of total used.
I received a message from public mobile this morning stating I used 15G out of my 20G of data which renewed on may 16. It has been less then 4 days since my data renewed and I can't see how I used 15 G in that amount of time since I didn't do anythin...
How do I send a private message through the community to an agent who requested I do so to provide more information?
