I bought a phone number from PUBLIC mobile 3 days ago, but people haven’t been able to reach me, and I’m not sure what the issue is. My phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Yeap, they said since it's not porting they cannot help. They then connected me to another support which said they only support Koodo and Telus!

@CS_Agent Can you help with this?I have purchased a plan with a new phone number. I can call people but cannot receive calls.

It is a new phone number. I have not ported a number.
