Can I forward my number to a US number if I have international minutes on my account? I plan on getting a 5 days sim card for the US and I would like to forward my calls to it.

Hi, I joined PM around the 12th of Jan 2019 and I still do not see the loyalty reward for my first year.  Can somebody fix this for me? Thanks.
