Hi, I let my account lapse for a few months. I tried to log-in in order to purchase a plan and reactivate but I keep getting a log-in error. How can I access my account so that I can reactivate my phone number and begin to use my PM phone again?
It would be more than 90 days. However, when I attempt to create a new account it tells me the phone number already has an account associated with it... ??? Not sure what to do. Should I still contact the Mod
