US ADD ON ROAMING

Just purchased the roaming add on for my iphone 15, not allowing in US. Have enabled roaming.Suggestions?

They sre working while in Canada but when in Europe I was not able to add an additionsl esim. It was a Jetsim which stated that service eill start upon arrival at your destination
