Why does my data deplete so quickly? I rarely use it. I am on a quarterly plan and pay $125My phone says I have used zero bytes so far this month but when I try to use my mobile data it doesn't connect to the internet. help please.

I am on a 3 month plan. I am used to paying about $100 every 3 months but this time I was charged $125why did it increase?
