Hi There. We currently have 2 PM accounts in the family but one of them will not be renewed. How do we go about moving an existing number to the cheaper plan? @CS_Agent
Sorry for not being specific. I meant that one of the accounts have a legacy plan (not offered anymore) which we would like to keep so I would like to switch my current SIM/phone # and apply it to the cheaper account.
