My bad. I misread your previous massage. You are absolutely right that it only allows you to "choose" up to "90 days", but actually it can only show up to 46 days of history, regardless if you choose "60 days" or "90 days". And also you are right ...

I have been monitoring my actual data usage. It seems like PM is using the "Usage History" amount rather than the amount shown in the overview. It is kind of annoying, but as long as I do not lose any of my data usage, it is fine with me.
