Koodo is offering $30 ,60 GB plan for canada , usa and Mexico plan would be able to match it or should I port out to get that number.

Hi,I see you guys are offering new $35 plan with unlimited calls and 60GB data to these 3 countries, my question is roaming is included in these plans or not?
