hello, I have subscription with public mobile. I am not receiving any txt messages to my cell. Please assist. The system is asking me to enter password for PUB as well as a different issue.

hi, i have been with PM since 2018. using iphone 13. Had no issues until i started travelling. When i try to send txt, system message comes up asking me to enter PUK pin number which i do not have. i searchrd bit to no avail.
