Is the network down? I’m seeing SOS on my cell phone and my husbands as well.

Yes it just started today. It worked flawlessly during the 5 days we were without power due to the ice storm. You are no doubt correct, probably something due to them trying to get the network back up and running. Thank you for your reply!
