This is the 2nd month in a row that the auto renew hasn't worked. Has anyone else had this issue? And when I go to make a payment it's showing that I'm subscribed but I can't use my phone at all. Then I have to find a link to go manually make the pay...

We’re suppose to have auto renewal and this is the 2nd month it hasn’t processed. And when I go to pay on the app, I’m not given a “Pay now” option. I’m beyond annoyed and can’t get through to customer service. Can someone help!
