The list is wrong. It excludes many phones that support 4G. They need to update their list or so many people will need to leave the network. Do you know how we can talk to agents?!
No, it says it's not supported. That's the whole point. The phone supports 4G LTE and public data base mistakenly says not and it's going to force me to leave this network or pay 5 dollars extra per month. Somehow I need them to update their database...
Hi,I am using a moto g pro (XT2043-7) unlocked device. It supports 4G LTE but public tags it as 3G and sent a SMS to me today that is going to charge 5 dollars monthly fee to use this. I need this to be resolved.
