This is the response I got from the MOD team here at Public Mobile, after their system double billed me! Absolutely unacceptable, didn’t take them 7-8 weeks to take my money (mistake but still).  
So I went to renew my plan, clicked on the load button as usual, only it failed the first time and told me that I need to retry.... so I did, well now public has taken $38 and then another $40!!!! How do I get the second payment back!!??
So I’m trying to renew my service, except I only need the $25 talk and text plan this month instead of the $50, but it won’t let me do it online... I have been trying since 4pm yesterday to get ahold of a MOD, with no luck! I NEED my phone! I have ki...
Signed up today... but wont let me use my 6gb of data.... the data symbol shows as lte or 3g but doesnt allow data usage... i reset my network setting and tried to set the apn but no such setting exists.
