Thanks I've submitted a ticket, now I just have to wait. Bit of a bummer, I have a 5g tower that I can see out my window, and can not get the service. Hopefully I'll get a reply soon. I forgot all about the order until I was cleaning out my inbox.
I am using it now. But I'm only getting 100mbs 4G service. I believe the card is to old and does not support 5G. I'll try these links and see what happens. Hopefully I can get this worked out.
I've been with Public Mobile at least 10 years. I have the small sim card nor, but it has been at least 10 years since I bout it, and 5G was not supported back then. I spent $10 plus taxes and have not gotten it yest.
