I have done all three of those things, no luck yet. In contact with an agent who has acknowledged it is a wider issue that is being worked on.

I am also having an issue with data connection. Full service, can call and send SMS but no data connection. Sometimes it will trigger for a few minutes but then right back to no connection. Tried rebooting phone, resetting connection setting, nothing...

Hey, unfortunately my family's iPhones have maxed out at iOS17, I don't have the ability to send/receive RCS from iPhones on my end.

Unfortunately no, no change. It's so strange it seems so specific I can't imagine it's a hardware issue.
