When I chose "change now" choice for an upgraded package vs "at renewal" I found out that the the change doesn't come into effect until the renewal date. What the hey?
I have a PC and cab't find a means to redeem points as credit to next bill? Is app required. I have 13.5 points. Example given is that 15 points is equivalent to $ 15 dollars. Is that the minimum amount required for redemption?
Bit of a conundrum , I wanted an upgrade for roaming in Mexico next week. Looks like I lose both ways unless I can cancel today's upgrade which looks like I should do.
