Customer service sucks, no one gets back to you you. Is there a living human being I can talk to on a call toll free number to get my money back?

First off thank you. I have been over charged, the money hasn't went back in my bank, it's been since the 28th of June that I've been submitting tickets and yet still no reply to fix my issue.
