This is strange issue. I have been talking to an agent about this but haven't found a solution.I cannot make calls or receive calls with the PM sim card. I have even gotten a new sim card. Texting and data works fine.The PM sim card works fine in ano...

I don't think it works on PM. My Huawei phone works fine with a Telus sim in it. Not with a PM sim. My PM sim works fine with a Samsung phone. So it's the combination of the PM sim and Huawei phone that's not working for calls. Somehow data works.

Somewhat related. One of my kids has a OnePlus that has volte but because it's not on Telus whitelist, I get charge $3 per month for using 3g calling. Lol.

Unfortunately my last msg from tech support is is a phone problem. Contact the phone manufacturer. Please msg them so they know something has happened.
