I have now moved to another carrier. How can I be assured that there will be no further debits from Public Mobile?

I would like to know why my payment on May 16, 2024 was $22.60 and today, June 15, 2024 the automatic debit was $28.25?? Also, the payment date has is moving back as the months pass. A while back was billed on the 21st of each month? Now it’s the 15t...
