My data speed is very slow/inconsistent. When I did a speed test using Ookla it takes forever to connect and I got over 100ms response.The signal strength indicator is normal, which is misleading.Is anyone else experiencing this right now?

They were doing maintenance earlier today. I'm able to access all website content at the moment.
