When my wife calls we can't hear each other.  cracking electronic sounds.  Happening to often.  Please fix.  User names xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.  both 5g 50g plans.  In service area.. thx
