I can make texts and phone calls but don't have access to data if I'm not on Wi-Fi. When I was in the United States I by accident shut off my SIM card. When I turned it back on I had no access to data. I can still receive text messages and phone call...

I just set up my new sim and switch my number over I have ability to call out and receive calls but no texts
