Hello, I can not make any outgoing calls to any 1800, 1866 etc numbers. Anyone ever experienced this or know what the fix is? I have tried basic troubleshooting but have had no success.

I just signed up last night for the $34 plan. I don’t have data working, can’t access my account, number only makes outgoing calls, no texts, and when I dial 611 it says I have insufficient funds even though credit card was charged. What can I do whe...
