Willi need to verify my phone number? Through the verification process when I login into my account, the system wants to sent a text message to me but my eSIM isn’t active so I can’t receive the 6-digit pin

The setup did not work. So I tried to delete the old eSIM and download a new one through the QR code. I got an error with that.
