I purchased a 15 day u.s. roaming plan a few days ago and I am still unable to call in the U.S. I don't understand why this is not working. Please fix this.
My phone is 5G..I have the $34 plan in Canada and then added the long distance calling of 1000 minutes. Now I am in U.S. I did the add on for U.S. roaming so I could make some U.S. calls. Not working.
